It has a simple process
- The Customer adds (or imports) parts list, edgebanding, drilling, grooving, dowling, etc.
- A real-time quotation that includes the material usage, cutting patterns, and a breakdown of costs for every operation on the customer's project is sent to him. Prices are displayed in accordance with the pricing list that is linked to his account.
- After the customer placed an order, you are notified. All order information is sent to you, including any extra postprocessor files (if they aren't sent to the machine automatically). Next, you control the order through the administrator panel, where you can essentially choose each order's state so you always know how it's doing on the shop floor. Statuses can be set to initiate specific actions, such as sending emails or SMS. For instance, if you choose "order ready to be delivered," the customer will be notified by SMS when the order is ready for pickup.
